Roasted chana chaat

  1. In a bowl, mix roasted chana with the chopped veggies, the coriander leaves and the ghee and finally add little salt for taste.
  2. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon and mix it well.
  3. Great smelling, great tasting chat is ready!
  4. Serve with tea or coffee.

Ingredients:
1 cup roasted chana
1 medium onion, cut into small pieces
1 medium tomato, cut into small pieces
2 or 3 finely cut green chillies or according to taste
1 tbsp ghee
Some finely chopped Coriander Leaves (Optional)
Juice of half a lemon
Salt to taste
