Method
  1. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds.
  2. Once mustard splutters, add dal, chillies and tomato and fry well.
  3. Add turmeric powder and garam masala and mix well.
  4. Add in the sprouted green gram.
  5. Mix well with cooked rice, garnish with coriander and serve.
Ingredients:
1 cup - sprouted green gram
1 tsp - mustard
1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
1/2 tsp - garam masala
4 - green chillies
1 - tomato
1 tsp - oil
1 tsp - bengal gram dal
salt to taste
coriander to garnish
