Veggie dalia delight

  1. Soak dalia in 1/2 cup warm water.
  2. In a separate pan, fry onions, add ginger-garlic paste, spices and fry for two more minutes.
  3. Add vegetables and saute till they are soft. Remove from fire.
  4. Now squeeze excess water from soaked dalia and add to vegetable mix.
  5. Mix corn flour in milk and add.
  6. Transfer to a greased baking tray. Bake at 170 degrees C for 30-35 minutes till well done. Serve hot.
1/2 cup dalia (broken wheat)
2 tbsp oil
2 medium-sized onions, sliced
2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
2 capsicums, finely chopped
3 cups vegetables (peas, cauliflower, carrot, etc.), finely chopped
1 cup milk
3 tbsp corn flour
2 tsp cumin powder
2 tsp coriander powder
Salt to taste
