Wheat Grass Juice

Method
  1. Wash and clean the greens.
  2. Chop and grind with 200 ml. water till very smooth and blended.
  3. Strain and add sugar and lemon juice if required.
  4. Serve.

Note : This juice is very healthy.
Do not drink or eat anything 20 minutes before taking it and 45 minutes after
Wheat grass is known to boost energy and reduce fatigue

Ingredients:
50 gms. wheatgrass (7th day grown)
3 spinach leaves, cleaned and washed
2 tbsp mint leaves, washed
200 ml water
1/2 tsp lemon (optional)
1/2 tsp sugar (optional)
