Method
  1. Take 1 cup of wheat flour
  2. Add 1 to 2 tsp of the multi grain mix, add salt and knead to a nice dough
  3. Make chappathis without oil

Ingredients:
For flour:
100g - soya (dry fry until slight brown so that it does not create any gastric problem)
100g - corn
100g - white corn (vellai chollam)
100g - millet (kammpu)
100g - oats (slightly dry fried)
Keep all these grains in the hot sun before making a fine powder in the mill

Note:
This recipe is very good for diabetic patients.
