Ingredients: For flour:
100g - soya (dry fry until slight brown so that it does not create any gastric problem)
100g - corn
100g - white corn (vellai chollam)
100g - millet (kammpu)
100g - oats (slightly dry fried)
Keep all these grains in the hot sun before making a fine powder in the mill
