Method
Heat oil in a kadai.
Add vegetables and chilli paste
Fry for 5 mins, add sprouted green gram
Add salt and rice mix well.
Add soya sauce and ajinomoto.
Mix well.
Heat on low flame for 2 mins. Makes a great lunchbox recipe.
