Sprouted green gram pulav

Method
  1. Heat oil in a kadai.
  2. Add vegetables and chilli paste
  3. Fry for 5 mins, add sprouted green gram
  4. Add salt and rice mix well.
  5. Add soya sauce and ajinomoto.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Heat on low flame for 2 mins. Makes a great lunchbox recipe.
Ingredients:
Rice - 1 cup
onion- 1
cabbage - half cup
carrot- 1
green capsicum- 1
oil - 2 spoon
soya sauce 2 spoon
salt to taste
sprouted green gram - half cup
ajinomoto - little (optional)

To grind:
3 green chillies
A little ginger
