Chili Paneer

Method
  1. Chop the paneer into big cubes and toss into cornflour. Heat the oil and deep fry the paneer cubes till to little golden. Now soak these golden cubes into water till to use. It helps to paneer remain soft.
  2. Heat the enough oil into pan and saute ginger and green chili. Add onion and capsicum. Cook till to soft and add salt and black pepper powder. Mix well.
  3. Combine all sauces together in one bowl and mix with 1/2 cup water. Add sauces mixture into pan and mix well. Now cook till thick consistency and add paneer. Mix well.
  4. Serve hot chili paneer with naan or tandoori roti.
Ingredients:
100 gm. cheese cottage / paneer
1 medium sized green capsicum, diced
1 medium sized onion, diced
1 green chili, fine chopped
1 tsp. ginger, grated
2 tsp. green chili sauce
3 tbsp. tomato sauce 2 tbsp. red chili sauce
2 tsp. soya sauce
Black pepper powder to taste
Salt to taste
1 tbsp. olive oil
Cornflour for coating
Oil for frying
