Method
Blanch and finely Chop Spinach.
Heat 3-4 tbsp oil in a kadai.
Add jeera and let it splutter.
Add haldi and Onion and fry it till pink/light brown.
Add sweet corn, chilli powder, salt and garam masala and let it cook for 3-4 minutes.
Finally add spinach and let it cook till done.
Serve hot with Chapatis, Naan, Parottas

Ingredients:
400g - spinach
200g - frozen sweet corn
2 - medium onions (finely chopped)
3/4 tsp - jeera
3/4 tsp - turmeric powder
Chilli powder to taste
Garam masala to taste
Salt to taste
3-4 tbsp - cooking oil
