Method
Chop onion lengthwise; deseed tomato and dice.
Heat ghee, saute onion till it turns brown.
Add tomato and fry till teder.
Add paneer cubes, salt and spices.
Add kasuri methi and fry quickly on moderate flame to blend well.
Serve hot with warm phulkas
