Quick soya sabzi

Method
  1. Boil water; drop soya nuggets into the water, turn off flame and keep aside for 10 mins.
  2. Drain water and finely chop the nuggets.
  3. Finely chop onion, garlic and chilli.
  4. Heat oil, temper mustard seeds and saunf.
  5. Add onion, garlic and green chilli and fry for 3 mins.
  6. Add chopped nuggets, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander and cumin powders and salt and stir well till done.
Ingredients:
100g - soya nuggets
1 - onion
1 - green chilli
1/2 tsp - chilli powder
1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
1/2 tsp - cumin powder
1/2 tsp - coriander powder
1 clove - garlic
1/2 tsp - mustard seeds 1/4 tsp - saunf/fennel seeds Salt to taste
3 tsp - oil
