Channa chaat with khatta meetha chutney

Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients mentioned in the khatta meethi chutney table into a smooth paste .
  2. Add a tsp of water while grinding if required.
  3. Cut the tomatoes and scoop out the seeds from inside.
  4. Chop tomato , capsicum and potato into small cubes.
  5. Heat butter in a kadai and add the cumin seeds.
  6. When they crackle add the boiled channa, potatoes, tomatoes, capsicum and paneer and cook for a minute.
  7. Remove from flame and allow it to cool.
  8. When cool, add the khatta meethi chutney, salt, lemon juice and coriander leaves. Mix well.
  9. Serve immediately.

Ingredients:
1/2 tsp - cumin seeds
1 cup - chopped mint leaves
1/2 cup - coriander leaves
3-4 - green chillies (chopped)
Ginger, a small piece
3 tbsp - lemon juice
1 tbsp - sugar
1/4 tsp - chat masala
Salt to taste

Other ingredients:
1/2 tbsp - butter
1/2 tsp - cumin seeds
1/2 cup - boiled channa
1 - boiled potato
1/4 cup - paneer cubes
3-4 tbsp - capsicum (chopped)
1/4 cup - tomatoes (chopped)
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp - lemon juice
1 tbsp - coriander leaves (chopped)
