Method
  1. Take some water in a bowl and heat it with 1 spoon of oil.
  2. Add macaroni when the water starts boling and let it cook; then drain it and keep aside.
  3. Take a pan add 2 tbs oil and heat it.
  4. Now add ginger garlic paste and fry; add some chopped onions to this and fry till brown.
  5. Now add capsicum, carrot and stir fry
  6. Finally add tomatoes and fry till the mixture comes together.
  7. Now add chilli powder, garam masala, salt and turmeric powder and fry till oil seperates from the gravy.
  8. Add the cooked macaroni and mix well.
  9. If necessary, add a little water and stir till macaroni gets coated with the gravy.
  10. Healthy vegetable pasta is ready.
  11. While serving, add grated cheese on top and kids will love it.
Ingredients:
200gms - macaroni
1 big - onion, finely chopped
2 big - tomatoes, finely chopped
1 big - capsicum, cut into long slices
2 - carrots, finely grated
1/2 tsp - ginger garlic paste
1 tsp - garam masala
1 tsp - chill powder
Salt
Turmeric powder, a pinch
Grated cheese for garnishing
