Omelette with cottage cheese
Method
- Heat oil in a pan and pour in the broken eggs.
- Add the grated paneer on top of the eggs along with onion, tomato and peppers.
- After one side turns golden, add the chillies and salt. Turn over and cook for 2 mins.
- Serve with chilli sauce.
Ingredients:
4 - eggs
1/4 cup - cottage cheese (paneer)
2 tsp - oil
1/2 cup - onion
1/2 cup - tomato
1/4 cup - yellow and red peppers
2 - green chillies
Salt and pepper to taste
