Method

  1. Mix the besan and sugar in water till mixture resembles dosa batter. Stir in a large wok on low heat.

  2. Add the ghee, stirring all the while, a tablespoonful at a time.

  3. When the mixture turns frothy, and starts to turn at the end of the spoon, pour the mixture on a greased plate.

  4. Gently shake the greased plate till the mixture settles uniformly.

  5. Cut into pieces (approximately 20 1-inch square pieces).

1/2 cup Ghee
1/2 cup Water
