Mix the besan and sugar in water till mixture resembles dosa
batter. Stir in a large wok on low heat.
Add the ghee, stirring all the while, a tablespoonful at a time.
When the mixture turns frothy, and starts to turn at the end of the
spoon, pour the mixture on a greased plate.
Gently shake the greased plate till the mixture settles uniformly.
Cut into pieces (approximately 20 1-inch square pieces).
