Method
Pressure cook (directly in the cooker) the grated carrot and almonds without any liquid for 3-4 whistles.
Cool completely and extract 1/2 cup carrot liquid, keep aside.
Add the sugar and over low heat, stir well till sugar dissolves.
Mix the flour with carrot liquid to make a paste and add to carrot mixture.
Stir well and cook for 3-5 minutes till a thick mass is formed.
Take care not to scald as there is no grease.
Sprinkle cardamom powder and close the cooker.
Switch off heat.
Just before serving, stir again.
Serve hot or cold.

2 tsp - cornflour or plain flour (maida)
