Method
- Microwave pepper and cumin for 1 min, then add beet root, tomato, coriander and curry leaves.
- Add some water, cook for 3 mins and allow it to cool.
- Grind in mixer.
- Add 2 cups of water and salt.
- Microwave on medium for 3 mins.
- Add 1 tsp of ghee

1 tsp - cumin
6 pods - garlic
1/2 cup - coriander
