Method
  1. Mix all the ingredients for muthia together.
  2. Sprinkle little water if needed and prepare a soft dough.
  3. Shape into muthias ( like tiny sausages) and steam in microwave steamer for 5 minutes. Cool slightly.
  4. Heat oil for seasoning in a kadai on fire. Add mustard and sesame seeds.
  5. When they splutter, add muthias and roast well.
  6. Serve garnished with coriander leaves and lime slices. Serve as a tea time snack

Serves:4 to 5

Ingredients:
1 cup - besan
1 cup - grated carrot
3 - green chilies
2 tbsp - wheat flour
1 tbsp - oil
2 tbsp - chopped coriander leaves
2 cm - ginger
1 tsp - coriander powder
1\2 to 1 tsp - chili powder
1\4 tsp - turmeric powder
2 tbsp - lime juice
2 tsp - jaggery powder
� tsp - cooking soda
salt to taste

For Seasoning:
3 tbsp - oil
1 tsp - mustard
1 tbsp - saseme seeds
