Method
- Preheat oven to 200 C.
- Sift maida, cocoa powder, soda, baking powder. Keep aside.
- Beat sugar and condensed milk till fluffy. Add oil. Beat well.
- Add milk and essence. Add maida mixture.
- Beat well for 3-4 minutes till the mixture is smooth and light.
Now add the crushed walnuts.
- Grease a 8 to 9 inch baking tin.
- Pour the batter into a preheated baking tin and sprinkle some chocolate chips.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
- Let it cool. Transfer to a serving platter and relish with vanilla ice cream..

1/2 tin condensed milk
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
i tsp - baking powder
1/2 cup (75 gm) oil
4 tbsp powdered sugar
100 gm (1 cup) maida
1/4 cup cocoa powder
8-9 walnuts (crushed)
