Method
  1. Wash the potatoes and place in a large bowl with of water.
  2. Cover and microwave at high for 7 to 8 mins.
  3. Peel the potatoes and set aside.
  4. Place the oil, zaika masala, tomato puree, cumin seeds, ginger, chilli and water in a casserole cover and microwave at medium high for 6 to 8 minutes.
  5. Add the boiled potatoes and mix well. Cover and microwave at medium high for another 5 to 6 mins.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves.
Ingredients:
500 g - small potatoes
3 tsp - zaika masala
1 cup - tomato puree
1 tsp - cumin seeds
ginger, chopped
3 - green chilli, chopped
coriander leaves
half cup - water
1 tsp - oil
