Eggless Microwave Chocolate Cake
Method
- Grease a 23 cm dish. Combine butter, sugar and water in a large bowl.
- Cook on high for 4 minutes in the microwave. Cool to room temperature.
- Sift dry ingredients into butter mixture, beat with wooden spoon until smooth.
- Pour mixture into prepared dish, cook on high for approximately 10-12 minutes, or until cake feels firm.
- Stand 5 minutes before turning onto wire rack to cool.
- Sift a little dry icing sugar on top (optional).

Ingredients:
125 g - butter
1 cup - caster sugar
1 cup - water
1.5 cup - self raising flour
1/3 cup - cocoa powder
1 tsp - bicarbonate of soda
