Method
  1. In a non-stick frying pan heat the oil and put in all the masalas (except the salt and mango powder).
  2. Stir fry for one minute and then add the bhindi.
  3. Mix well and then microwave for 5 minutes uncovered.
  4. Let it stand for 2-3 minutes and then serve.
Ingredients:
300 g - bhindi (ladies fingers), finely sliced
1/2 tsp - coriander powder
1/2 tsp - garam masala
1/2 tsp - dried mango powder
1/2 tsp - red chillies
2 to 3 - fresh green chillies
1 tbsp - oil
salt to taste
