Microwave stuffed capsicum curry

  1. Make a cross cut over capsicum and carefully remove seeds; keep aside.
  2. Take dal powder, til powder, red chilli powder, salt, 1 tsp oil, chopped onions and chopped coriander in a bowl.
  3. Mix throughlly with fingers and keep aside for 2 min.
  4. Fill the capsicums with stuffing, arrange them in a micro safe tray, sprinkle the remainig stuffing masala and oil over them.
  5. Cover and cook under microhigh for 6 min (turn the capsicums once or twice).
  6. Micro high for another min, without lid.
  7. Check and remove, allow standing time and serve as side dish.
6-8 - medium green capsicum
2 tbsp - oil
1&1/2tsp - red chilli powder
2 - onions, medium, cut into fine pieces
2 tbsp - fried channa dal powder
1 tbsp - til, dry fried and powdered
1 tbsp - chopped coriander leaves
