Method
  1. Take a big microwave-safe-bowl which has got a rim.
  2. Mix the above ingredients 1,2,3 & mix well.
  3. Now keep it in the microwave for 8 minutes in medium temperature.
  4. Take it out & stir well once again.
  5. Keep it again in microwave in medium for another 6 minutes.
  6. See that the milk cake has turned golden brown.
  7. Take it out & decorate with pista/badam.
  8. Now delicious milk cake is ready to eat.

Note:

  • This is also called "Thirattu Paal" in tamil in South India.
  • The purpose of taking a big microwave-safe-bowl with a rim, is that, as it gets boiled inside the microwave, it will come-up due to the milk content.
Ingredients:
500 g - sweetened condensed milk (1 tin)
2 tbsp - ghee
1 tsp - yoghurt (curd)
2 tbsp - pista / badam (grated)
