Method
  1. Bring milk to boil. Pour into a microwave-safe dish. Microwave at 100% power for 10 minutes, stirring twice.
  2. If your dish is not deep enough and the milk spills over, you could consider cooking at a lower power level for a few extra minutes.
  3. Add the sugar, you may use plain sugar but it will not give you the characteristic beige color of this dish.
  4. Microwave at the same power level for 1 minute more. Stand 10 minutes or till the milk is lukewarm.
  5. In a bowl, smear the curds. Pour in the milk stirring constantly. Leave to set.
  6. Serve chilled.

500 ml - milk, preferably full cream
50 g - brown sugar or to taste
1 � tbsp - curds
