Method
- Heat one tbsp of ghee in a glass microwave bowl for 3 mins on high power.
- Add jeera, hing, red chilli and cook for another 2 mins on high.
- Add haldi and 1 tbsp jeera-dhaniya powder (mix well into the ghee) and cook for another 2 mins.
- Add diced pumpkin and potato pieces, mix well into masala, cook for 8 minutes.
- Add salt, mix thoroughly and cook another 8 mins.
- Garnish with sliced green chillies and coriander leaves.
- It is delicious with hot rotis.
