Shourba kheema meatball soup

Method
  1. Mix the ground meat with salt and pepper and form into small balls. Place oil in casserole, microwave at HIGH for 1 minute then brown the meat balls in it, microwave at HIGH for 3 to 3 1/2 mins. Set aside.
  2. Dissolve the cubes of stock in the boiling water. Then add the cooked rice and the meat balls. Microwave the mixture at HIGH for 2 to 2 1/2 mins. Then stir.
  3. To serve: Mix 1/2 tsp. of cinnamon into the soup and stir. Garnish with some chopped parsley.
Ingredients:
150 gms - mutton ground
1/2 tsp - salt
1/2 tsp - pepper
1 tbsp - vegetable oil
4 cups of boiling water
2 cubes of beef stock or equivalent amount of instant bouilon
1/2 cup of cooked rice and vermicelli
1/2 tsp - cinnamon
1 tsp - parsley, chopped (as garnish)
