Method
Cook potatoes as explained above. Peel and cut into 3 cm cubes.
Combine all the powders with salt and tomato puree.
Mix potatoes with the masala mixture. Place in a wide microwave safe dish in a single layer.
Pour oil all over, cook on full power for 8-10 minutes, stirring once every 2 minutes.
Serve with poori or chapathi
