Method
- Pick, wash and soak the rice in 2 cups water for at least 30 minutes.
- Put the rice, water, salt and ghee into the microwave uncovered at 100% power for 8 minutes or till there are steamy holes over the surface.
- Cover and continue to cook at 70% power for 3 minutes.
- Stand 5 minutes before serving.

1 tbsp - ghee
salt to taste
