Method
  1. Boil the milk and add a little whey to it.
  2. Tie the curdled milk in a muslin cloth and strain all the whey and beat the cheese till it turns firm.
  3. Sieve the flour and baking powder 2-3 times.
  4. Mix the flour, semolina, sugar and cardamom powder and blend till smooth.
  5. Preheat oven. Grease a baking dish and dust it with flour.
  6. Pour the cheese mixture and garnish with the nuts and bake till brown.
  7. Prick a knife or fork in the middle and if it comes out clean then the cake is done. Let it cool.
  8. Serve cold with chocolate sauce.
Ingredients:
2 liters - milk
10 tbsp - sugar
2 tbsp - semolina
1 tbsp - maida
1/2 tsp - baking powder
1/2 tsp - cardamom powder

For Garnishing:
3 tbsp - fried cashew nuts pieces
