Kumbh kheema paratha

  1. Finely chop mushroom, onion and garlic.
  2. Heat butter in a pan, add chopped onion and garlic and saute for 2 mins.
  3. Add chopped mushroom to the pan and cook for 5 mins.
  4. Add salt and white pepper, stir for 2 mins.
  5. Switch off flame and allow the stuffing to cool.
  6. Prepare dough.
  7. Roll out into small chapathis.
  8. Fill the stuffing in the small chapathis and roll into the shape of round parathas.
  9. Cook parathas over pan.
  10. Serve hot with pudina or sweet tomato chutney.
500 gm - wheat flour (for dough)

For kheema:
250 gm - mushroom
4 - spring onions (only white portion)
2 green garlic
1/2 tsp white pepper
Salt to taste
Cooking oil
