Method
  1. Take a pressure pan and add the ghee.
  2. Once it is slightly hot add all the spices and chopped onion and fry for a min.
  3. Now add the washed basmati rice and fry for 2 min.
  4. Once done add 2 cups of water and salt and pressure cook up to one whistle.
  5. Yummy ghee rice is ready to serve with veg kurma .

Ingredients:
1 cup - Basmati rice
2 tbsp - ghee
3 - cloves
2 - cardamom
1 - bay leaf
1 inch piece - cinnamon
1 - onion
1/2 tsp - saunf (fennel)
Water
Salt to taste
