Ingredients:
2 cups mixed vegetables (cauliflower, peas, potato, green gram etc.)
1 ½ cups basmati rice, soaked in water for 2 hours
1 tsp. garam masala powder
1 tsp. chilli powder
½ tsp. turmeric powder
6 cloves
6 cardamoms
1 tbsp. jaggery
¼ tsp. asafeotida
5 curry leaves
5 tbsp. oil
Salt to taste
