Taktaki roti (Gramflour roti)

  1. Mix all ingredients with 2 tbsp. oil and enough water to make a stiff dough.
  2. Make into lemon-sized balls.
  3. Roll out each on a floured board and cook on a greased griddle till crisp and golden.
  4. Serve with ghee.
2 cups gram flour (besan)
1 cup whole wheat flour (atta)
1/2 tsp. cumin seeds, coarsely ground
1 tbsp. coriander leaves, chopped
1 tsp. small pieces of green chilli skins
2 tbsp. oil
Salt to taste
