Healthy oats dosa

Method
  1. Soak all the ingredients except salt separately for 6 hours.
  2. Grind together into fine paste. Add required quantity of salt
  3. Allow this to ferment overnight.
  4. The next day morning prepare dosas.
  5. Serve with chutney or sambar.
Ingredients:
2 cups - oats
1 cup - dosa rice
1 cup - urad dal
1/2 tsp - methi seeds
Salt to taste
