Spicy sev curry

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add jeera, onion, garlic and green chillies.
  2. Cook till onion turns crisp golden brown.
  3. Add sev, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and turmeric powder.
  4. Add 1 cup of water and then the tomato.
  5. Cook on a low flame till tomatoes become tender.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  7. Serve with tandoori roti.
100g thick sev
1 onion, sliced
1 tomato, diced
1 green chilli, chopped ,br> 2-3 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
A pinch of turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves to garnish
