Method
  1. cut paneer into cubes.
  2. Make a paste of mint, coriander, curd, green chilles, ginger, lemon and salt.
  3. Marinate paneer in the above paste adjust seasoning for 1/2 an hour.
  4. Now heat butter or oil in a pan, add chopped garlic and red chilli powder.
  5. Saute for a while.
  6. Now add marinated paneer, heat on a low flame till the masala coats the paneer and become thick.
Ingredients:
250g - paneer
1 bunch (100gm) - mint/pudina
1 bunch - coriander leaves
4-5 - green chilles (or according to the taste)
1 - ginger
4-5 cloves - garlic
1/2 cup - curd
1/2 tsp - red chilli powder
1-2 tsp - lemon juice (optional)
1-2 tsp - oil or butter
Salt to taste
