MethodPre Preparation:
- Cut paneer/tofu into deisred shape(long rectangle/trinangular shaped).
- Finely chop onion,garlic,tomatoes and ginger.
- Cut all the vegetables (try to cut in same shape).
Preparation:
- Heat oil in heavy pan.
- Add cumin seeds, asfoetida. Stir it.
- Add finely chopped garlic, ginger and onion and stir it until it becomes light brown in color.
- Mix turmeric powder,coriender powder,salt,red chilli powder.
- Fry it for 3-4 mins.
- Add chopped tomatoes in it and fry it for some time.
- Add all the cooped vegetables in it except paneer/tofu.
- Cover it and cook it for 10-15 mins at medium heat.
- Open the cover and add pasta sauce,paneer/tofu cubes.
- Cook it again to remove the excess water if required.
- Sprinkle garam masala and amchur powder.
- Garnish it with cream or with butter depending upon the taste.
Note:
You can use frozen vegetables also instead of fresh.
You can replace paneer with tofu.
Combination with tava roti.
