Pav Bhaji
Method
  1. Heat oil in a pan and saute the onions until brown.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for another minute.
  3. Add the tomato puree and fry well.
  4. Add all the vegetables and pav bhaji masala and simmer till vegetables are soft.
  5. Mash well as veggies cook further.
  6. Finish with butter, lemon juice and coriander.
  7. Serve pav bhaji with pavs or bun.
Ingredients:
Oil - 4 tsp
Onion, chopped - 60 gms
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Tomato puree - 100 gms
Carrot, chopped - 50 gms
French beans, chopped - 50 gms
Cauliflower, chopped - 50 gms
Potato, chopped - 40 gms
Pav bhaji masala - 1 tbsp
Butter - 50 gms
Lemon juice - 2 tsp
Chopped coriander leaves - 2 tsp
Filo sheet, cut into 10 pieces and baked at 170 degrees until crisp - 1
