Method
  1. Heat ghee add bay leaves.
  2. When they splatter add rice followed with dry red chillies and cook for 2-3 mins.
  3. Add garam masala, nutmeg powder,saffron, dry fruits and add water .
  4. Follow with sugar and salt and let the rice boil.
  5. Cook until rice is done and no water is left.the water should get completely soaked.
  6. Sprinkle essence.
  7. Serve hot.

Ingredients:
2 cups basmati rice
1/2 tsp nutmeg powder
1/4 tsp garam masala powder
pinch of saffron soaked in 1/4 cup of milk
few drops of rose essence
4 tbsp ghee
2 bay leaves
dry fruits soaked in water
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar 2-3 dry red chillies
