Method
  1. Put oil in a cooker pan and add ginger garlic paste; fry it till it is brown.
  2. Add chopped onion and fry well
  3. Add chopped capsicum
  4. Add one cup of rice and fry it for 3 minutes.
  5. Add a cup of water and milk, also add garam masala and salt and close the cooker.
  6. let the cooker for 3 whistles.
Ingredients:
1 - finely chopped big capsicum
2 - finely chopped onion
1 cup - rice
1 cup - water
1 cup - milk 2 tbsp - garam masala
Ginger garlic paste
Salt as per taste
4 tbsp - oil
