Cut Capsicum and Carrot into small pieces and keep aside.
Fry the contents given for frying with very little oil and grind them into dry powder.
Take little water in a pan and boil the carrot and capsicum with salt.
Cook Rice.
Add oil/ghee, turmeric powder, ground dry powder, boiled vegetables, salt and lime juice to rice and mix thorougly.
Serve hot with pappads and it will taste great!
For frying
3 tsp Coriander seeds
3 tsp Bengalgram dhal
5 Red Chillies
