Method

  1. Cut Capsicum and Carrot into small pieces and keep aside.

  2. Fry the contents given for frying with very little oil and grind them into dry powder.

  3. Take little water in a pan and boil the carrot and capsicum with salt.

  4. Cook Rice.

  5. Add oil/ghee, turmeric powder, ground dry powder, boiled vegetables, salt and lime juice to rice and mix thorougly.

Serve hot with pappads and it will taste great!

Ingredients:
Capsicum - 2
Carrot - 1 medium size
Lime - 1
Rice 1 cup
Water 2 cups
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Oil or Ghee
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves

For frying

3 tsp Coriander seeds
3 tsp Bengalgram dhal
5 Red Chillies
