Chilli Garlic Rice

Method

  1. Wash and cook the rice.

  2. Allow it to cool and separate the grains.

  3. To this rice add the chilli garlic paste.

  4. Now, heat oil in a pan and fry the cut vegetables one by one as follows:
    Onions, Beans, Carrots, Bell pepper, Cabbage and in the end the spring onions.

  5. When they are cooked add salt and cooked rice.

  6. Fry in a high flame till the rice becomes hot.

Ingredients:
Basmathi rice 1 cup
Cabbage (cut into small stripes) 1 cup
Beans (cut into small pieces) 1/4 cup
Green bell pepper (cut into small stripes) 1/4 cup
Onions 1
Spring Onions 1 small bunch
Carrots (cut into small stripes) 1/4 cup
Oil 31/2 tbs
Salt as required

Grind together :
Green chillies 6
Garlic 4
