Method

  1. Cut the onions in long slices or medium pieces

  2. Heat the oil, till hot, and add the onions.

  3. Gently fry for 2 mins, add the vegetable from frozen mixed vegetable packet (Beans, Corn, Carrot.....plus anyother vegetable)

  4. Add salt, fry for a minute

  5. Now add left over rice and mix it throughly with the vegetable.

  6. Add Tumeric powder (pinch), pinch of garam masala or Pav Bhaji Masala or both mixed, pinch of Cilantro Leaves (optional), Salt and Lemon to taste Or add Soya Sauce, Vinegar and Chilli Sauce for fried rice.

Non veggie lovers add pieces of Meat/Chicken/Fish also.
