Method
  1. Soak the rice for 30 minutes and drain water.
  2. Heat oil and ghee.
  3. Season cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, bay leaves, and cashew nuts.
  4. Add chopped onion and green chillies.
  5. Mix for 2 mts.
  6. Add coconut masala paste and mix till raw smell goes.
  7. Add rice and mix for 1 minute.
  8. Add mint water and salt.
  9. Cook and serve with raita.

Ingredients:
1 cup - basmati rice
cloves
cinnamon
cardamom
bay leaves
few - cashew nuts
1/2 cup - sliced onion
2 - green chilly

To Paste and Dilute:
1 cup - mint leaves
water
mix both and take as 2 cups of water

To Grind:
1 tbsp - coconut
1/2 inch - ginger
5 flakes - garlic
few - cinnamon, cloves, aniseeds and poppy seeds
2 - dry chilly

oil - 2 tbsp
salt
ghee - 1 tbsp
