Method
Grind the ingredients to a fine paste.Keep aside.
Take basmati rice, wash and keep aside.
Cut 3 big size onions length wise and now heat 2 spoons ghee in a kadai add jeera to it.
Once jeera becomes brown, add chutney and roast for 3 to 4 minutes.
Add rice and also roast for 2 minutes. Now add 4 cups of water and put in rice cooker.
Stir ocassionally .You can add corn paneer to it. Add salt as required.
Serve with boondi raita, vegeatable raita,and papad.

coriander - half a bunch
ginger - one small piece
garlic - 5 to 6 flakes
green chillies - few
