Method
  1. Grind the ingredients to a fine paste.Keep aside.
  2. Take basmati rice, wash and keep aside.
  3. Cut 3 big size onions length wise and now heat 2 spoons ghee in a kadai add jeera to it.
  4. Once jeera becomes brown, add chutney and roast for 3 to 4 minutes.
  5. Add rice and also roast for 2 minutes. Now add 4 cups of water and put in rice cooker.
  6. Stir ocassionally .You can add corn paneer to it. Add salt as required.
  7. Serve with boondi raita, vegeatable raita,and papad.
Ingredients:
mint leaves - small bunch
coriander - half a bunch
ginger - one small piece
garlic - 5 to 6 flakes
green chillies - few
basmati rice - 2 cups
onion - 3
ghee - 2 spoon
jeera - 1 tsp
water - 4 cups
corn paneer - optional
salt to taste
