Method
  1. Heat Oil in the Pan.
  2. Fry Mustard, Jeera, Red Chillies and Curry Leaves.
  3. Add Onions and fry them well.
  4. Add Garam Masala, Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder and Shredded Coconut to the Mixture.
  5. Let them blend with the Mixture well.
  6. Now add Salt to taste to the Mixture.
  7. Finally add the Cooked Rice (cook the rice and leave it on the plate to cool) to the Mixture and fry well on the pan till it gets heated up and mixes well.
  8. At last add Lemon Juice to taste and Sugar.
  9. Now serve the above Pan Masala rice by garnishing Corinder Leaves on it with Coconut Chutney or Tomato ketchup.

Tip:
You can prepare this with the left over Rice of the previous day which is more tastier than anything!!

Ingredients:
rice - 1cup (cooked)
oil - 5 tsp
jeera - 1/2 tsp
mustard - 1/2 tsp
onion - 1 (chopped lenghthwise)
curry leaves
coriander leaves
garam masala - 1 tsp
red chilli - 2
chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
shredded coconut - 1/4 cup
turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
sugar - 1/4 tsp
lemom juice to taste
salt to taste
