Palak Methi pulav
Method
- In a pan, heat ghee, add cumin, cloves and cardamoms.
- Add turmeric powder and curry leaves. Set aside.
- Cook rice in pressure cooker.
- Add palak and methi to rice, along with cardamom and cumin mixture.
- Add coconut milk and 2-3 cups of water.
- Serve hot with raita.

2 cups - basmati rice
250 ml - coconut milk
3-4 - cardamom pods
1 cup - methi leaves, chopped
1 cup - palak, chopped
2-3 tbsp - ghee
1 pinch - turmeric powder
4-5 - cloves
