Add salt, chill powder, chenna dal, asafotedia to rice flour.
Add little water to make a dough.
Pressure cook the mix for 10 to 15 min without weight.
After it cools, add pepper.
Add little water and oil to make the dough softer.
Make small balls, press them with palm to make them as small sized chapattis.
Fry it in the oil till golden brown.
