Method
  1. In a pan heat oil, add mustard seeds.
  2. When they begin to splutter, add jeera then curry leaves, peas, cubed potatoe pieces and fry until golden brown.
  3. Add the mint paste fry for some time then add turmeric powder.
  4. Then lime juice, fry for some more time.
  5. Then lastly add rice mix well fry for few more minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
Ingredients:
1 big glass - rice, boiled and set aside
2 - large potatoes boiled ,peeled and cubed
1/2 cup - peas
1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
1 tsp - jeera
1 tsp - mustard seeds
curry leaves
lime juice
salt to taste

For the Paste:
1 large bunch - mint leaves (pudina)
6 to 7 - green chillies
3 inche - ginger
1 tsp - shahjeera
