Method
- Powder Cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, pepper corns and mace together, coarsely.
- Heat oil in a non stick kadai (wok) and add the crushed spices.
- After few seconds, add onion, green chilli, garlic, ginger. Stir fry for 2 minutes.
- Add tomato, turmeric powder and 2 � cups of water.
- When the water begins to boil, lower the flame, cover the kadai and let the contents simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Add rest of the ingredients and cook covered on a low flame till vegetables and semolina are cooked and the water is absorbed.
- Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
Note:
Women who consume more whole grains weigh less than those who ate less fibre-rich foods.

1 cup - baby corn, sliced
1 cup - carrot, coarsely grated
1 cup - whole wheat semolina
1/2 cup - onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup - tomato, chopped
2 - cloves
4 cm piece - cinnamon
2 - cardamom
1/2 tsp - black pepper corns
2 blades - mace
1 tbsp - olive oil
1 tsp - green chilli, minced
1 tsp - garlic, minced
1 tsp - ginger, minced
1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
Salt to taste
